RS30

We manufacture round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes and flat oval tubes on our RS30. We also manufacture a wide range of special profiles on this system. Round tubes with external diameters between 10 and 35 mm are possible, as well as square tubes/rectangular tubes with edge lengths from 12 mm. Material thicknesses can be between 0.60 mm and 3.50 mm. In addition, internal scraping of the tubes is possible from an OD of 15 mm.

RS32

On our RS32 pipe profiling and welding machine we can produce round tubes with external diameters between 10 and 28 mm. Wall thicknesses between 0.50 and 2.50 mm are possible.

RS90

Our RS90 produces longitudinally welded precision steel tubes with outside diameters between 38 mm and 88.9 mm. Carl Froh uses this system to produce tubes with limited tolerances, for example for the idler roller industry, furniture industry and shop fitting.
We also manufacture numerous square tubes/rectangular tubes with an edge length of 30 mm or more. The largest possible dimension on this system is 70 x 70 mm. Wall thicknesses between 0.9 mm and 4.00 mm are possible. Scraping the inner weld seam is possible for all dimensions.

TUBE PROFILE & WELDING SYSTEMS

Depending on production requirements, various sawing consulting centers and pipe saws are available, where sawing, deburring, washing and drying can be carried out seamlessly on request.
Sawing of tubes using modern processing centers according to customer specifications using various automatic saws from production lengths to fixed lengths. After the saw cut, further processing steps can be carried out. This includes in particular deburring inside and/or outside using brush deburring, chip removal and degreasing of the tubes through washing processes.

Ratunde 1

On our Ratunde 1 sawing system, we saw the precision steel tubes that we weld longitudinally to the customer's desired fixed length. Lengths between 100 and 2,000 mm are possible. If desired, the fixed lengths can be brush-burred on both sides. The sawing system is also equipped with a single measuring system. Automated stack handling places the fixed lengths precisely into the desired transport containers.

Ratunde 2

At the Ratunde 2 sawing system, we saw the precision steel tubes that we weld longitudinally to the customer's desired fixed length. Lengths between 100 and 3,000 mm are possible. If desired, the fixed lengths can be brush-burred and washed on both sides. The sawing system is also equipped with a 4-way measuring system. Automated stack handling places the fixed lengths precisely into the desired transport containers.

SURFACE TECHNOLOGY

Special cross-sections according to our customers' requirements are also possible. The inner weld seam can be scraped accordingly and the position defined.
